TIER 4 APPEAL ALLOWED AFTER LEAVING UK

please help me guys,
My appeal for tier 4 visa was allowed by the first tier tribunal judge on 20th jan 2015 but i made a voluntary departure to India on 10th of Jan. Please give me suggestions whether I can make a fresh application for tier 4 visa from India??? what are the chances of getting a visa.

Yes you can. It would be considered under the standard Tier 4 rules, regardless of the previous refusal and appeal.
