Tier 4 dependant visa requirements

Hi. I was meant to apply visa with my husband for his study in uk but never submitted. He's now in uk under tier 4 visa. I wanted to join him but can't find good guidance on documentation. The current guidance says dependant can only submit appl together with main applicant. What is guidance in my case? Many thanks in advance.

Where are you reading that? It is not correct.

Did you apply for the Tier 4 dependent visa? Hope you got the visa.

I am planning to apply for my wife. Do we need to submit any english exam results for the visa.

Have you read this thread? Kath 16 only posted asking for advice this morning...hardly time to submit an application & be issued with a Tier 4 dependent visa
