Tier 4 Dependent Documents Required

Hi

I got a visa in tier 4 level 7 in September 2013 and my course ending till September 2014 and visa ending in January 2015. Now i am living in UK since last two years and i want to apply my family wife and two kids as a dependent visa from abroad Pakistan , i need to know what current policy and what documents required for visa like from my family, bank statement, application form, TB test, and what other document required with the application. please help me. Hi I also lived in uk since 2011 nd never go back yet
My wife got her dependent visa from pakistan last week with these documents
One invitation letter by me
My passport copy nd brp attested by the solicitor
University student status letter
University fee receipts nd copy of my student id
Tenancy agreement nd housing report
Nikkah nama original and translated
Nadra marriage registration certificate
Bank statement
Some property pappers from pakistan
My wife's tb test report
We hv made our marriage by telephone so could not provide photos, cards or rubbish but in relation I gave the proof that we are in contect from last 3 years
Contect details were viber skype whats app mobile and also send too many original calling cards

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have recently received my entry clearance under tier 4 general student visa for doing Masters UK for 2 years . My problem is that I am actually married, but I didn't applied dependent visa for my husband at the time I made my application and I want to apply dependent visa to my husband now. So My question is can I apply dependent visa under tier-4 for my husband when I am(myself the tier-4 applicant holding UK entry clearance) still in my home country? If yes what are the documents I require?
