TIER 4 FIRST TIME APPLICATION FROM COLOMBO SRI LANKA

Hi,

Please help my sister in law applied for a Tier 4 student visa from colombo, sri lanka. She applied end of August 2014 now she got an email saying the visa will be delayed. She sent an email saying the last start date is end of september 2014 for the course and now she has another interview with the VFS colombo next week.

She has full correct bank balance
Her sponsor is a government college still on the list
TB test clear
Her sister is my wife and has british nationality
Her mother and 1 brother in Sri lanka citizens
Her 1 brother in UK visa expiring soon he's applying for a PGD

Few questions:

1. What is the second interview for
2. what questions may they ask
3. Will she get visa same day
4. Will there be any problems

Seems a striaght forward case dont know why another interview
