Tier 4: premium service application-exact charges?

Dear Members,
What are the exact charges for applying for a Tier 4 visa, inside the UK, using the premium service for 4 people i.e. 1 main application, 3 dependents?

Thanks for your reply. That I understand very well. There was a confusion regarding paying £500 for the premium service. I didn't quite get that. I know the fee is 928x4 but what about the £500 to pay for the appointment? Do we have to pay? If yes, is it for all 4 of us separately?

You must pay the following fees per person when you book your appointment:

* £500 application fee which includes the £100 booking fee
* the fee for your visa type
* the healthcare surcharge (if you need to pay it)

So in simple words the money that I need to pay is:
928 x4 = 3712
500 x 4 = 2000
150 x4 x 4 years = 2400 (IH surcharge for four years for 4 people)
Total: £8112.
Am I right in maths?
