Tier 4 priority application procedures

Post by nishad.zaman » Wed May 25, 2016 12:37 pm

Hi dear all,

We are going to apply for the extension. Our visa finishes by 30th of May this month but that's Monday (bank holiday) followed by the weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

We are planning to apply through priority service and that says all the relevant documents should be posted to them within two days of the application made (not two working day).

So how can I make the application as I will have all my papers on Friday but following 3 days are off so the papers will not be reached to them by next two days.

Please looking for best advises in this regard.

Many thanks.

Why are you choosing to use the priority service?

Hi,

We want to get the visa short possible time. Is there any negative impact?

Many Thanks

Because you have urgent travel? Or another reason?

Not really. I have not got any such reason of traveling but last time when I made my application that took over 8 months to get a decision and in the meantime had some emergency could not make any option but to wait.

This time we want to take the priority service. Do I need any reason to take that service as they don't say in their website?

Would be helpful if you elaborate please.

Many thanks

It's a very expensive option, I just wondered why you were choosing it.

"Posted within 2 days" is not the same as "to arrive within 2 days".

Many many thanks for help.

It's says "Your documents should be reached UK Visas and Immigration no later than two days after you applied."

So if I apply by Friday and post the papers to them by most fasted service which say shall reach by morning 10 on the next working day then the papers will reach to them by Tuesday morning.

What to do?!

Many thanks

Do you honestly think that HO employees are going to sit in the office over a bank holiday weekend waiting for your documents to arrive 'within 2 days'?

You are overthinking it. Perspective!! Tuesday should be fine, they won't be working over the long weekend.
