UK Tier 4 priority Visa

I am a resident of Mumbai.
Has anyone applied for a UK Tier 4 student Priority Visa from Mumbai or can anyone confirm the availbilty of the Priority facility at the Mumbai Visa Application Centre[/b][/b][/b].I know for a fact that the facility is available in Bangalore and a friend applied for his student visa , paid a priority charge of 12,600 INR and received his Visa within two working days.

Also incase if I want to apply for the same would anyone suggest me travelling to Bangalore from Mumbai to apply incase the priority service is not available in Mumbai ?
