Urgent Help Plz Plz

As my case concerned i was on student visa with highly trusted college with full attendance. UKBA arrested me on workplace and been detained for a month. my solicitor put JR against the decision made by UKBA. And i got released as well, however i dont know what i have to do next i am reporting in immigration center as well twice a month.

Why they arrest if you have valid leave and you are regular student?

Hi Mate.

Arent you aware that you are not allowed to work over your defined work hours ?

It's illegal or breaching of visa conditions, what else would you expect.

i was aware with the rules but i am in trouble and reporting in immigration center twice a month what is the solution to that.
and how to change address of reporting center bcz i lives too far from reporting center.

Well solution is to involve a lawyer to get professional advise.

In terms of attendance you need to speak with HO and ask them if they advise you another centre.

you have already made a mistake.

so don't waste money on lawyers.
