URGENT HELP: Working 23-24 hours per week on Tier 4

Hi everyone. Just looking for a quick advice. I have handed in my dissertation and been working on a 0 hours contract for Dominos since last year. I was working 8-10 hours a week maximum all summer. Now i have asked for more hours, at least 20 hours per week and the first week was 12.5 after submitting dissertation, the next week however was 23 and this week would also be around 23-24. Is that going to be a problem? I will be applying for a spouse visa in march and i am just wondering since i am allowed 20 hours me having worked slightly extra hours should be a problem? I am not on a contract. Its a zero hours contract. I will stick to 20 hours from now. My shifts have a start time but not a finish time and i lost track of it and ended up with slightly more than 20 hours

stick to 20hrs per week however if u hv finished ur studies u can wrk full time.

I have finished my course but i still am waiting for my results. So technically speaking till i get my results i cannot work full time. I can work 4 months after the results till my visa runs out and then apply for a new category but can the argument of the course has finished used in my case?
