Urgently advice needed please

Hi guys
One of my friend just got 1 month left for his student visa and he needs to apply for extension and his previous college has been revoked as well by home office he has done his ielts but couldnt get enough marks for extension , he has been told chester university has been taking students without ielts, is that right ? or any other suggestion for student extension as he just got a month left . He has been told if he give a call to home office and tell them that he was kept in darkness by college that they have been fighting the case in court and at the end college was black listed and got cancelled , and then home office will give him 2 months visa for this to arrange things for visa extension ? is that right ? any suggestion would be grateful , Thanks

Wrong information is being given to your friend. If he/she does not meet the English language requirement, first of all he will not get CAS from any college or University & even if he does get one, he will not get the leave (visa).
