visa end date and course start date > 28 days, can FLR help?

dear all

my visa curtailed due to sponsors licence revocation, and it ends 15 august

i hold offer for new course starts 14 september, it cannot be made earlier date

as visa end date and course start date is more than 28 days, i should apply from home country

but is there any other options to make tier 4 application succesfully

if i apply for FLR around 13 august and then around 20 august i make tier 4 application with new course stating my documents with FLR application, would that be not rejected due to more than 28 days?

my wife is dependent and we have newborn baby on 18 june

i need advise please

any suggestion from experienced members?
