Hi ,

I am an Indian in U.K on Tier-2 ( intra company transfer) and my company want me to go to U.S on L1-B (Specialized knowledge) visa.

Is it possible to apply visa from U.K or do I have to head back to India for applying visa?

My company is registered in U.K and U.S.

Hello,
Could you please confirm the same. I see you are into same situation,.

I am currently in UK and studying MBA. I am eligible to appy L2 visa and my wife has valid L1 and is travelling to US.

My home country is India. Can I get my L2 done from UK? My wife's company is registered in India. UK and USA.
