Change of nationality while H1B under process

Hello Gurus,

What happens if the Nationality changes after H1B petition, i.e. I-797 is approved? Do we need to inform USCIS and get a new petition issued with the new nationality ?

I have a situation here....need your advise.

I am an Indian citizen and applying for H1B this year mentioning that I am an Indian. I will soon become British citizen in 3 months time. So, wondering what to do....
