form I-864 affidavit of support

Hi;

My USC has been umemployed since he works for his mothers home care business. I don't think he kept any of his pay slips etc when he was last employed, I know his mother will support me financially since her sons does not earn any money whilst looking after the family business.

should this be a problem when filing for AOS?
