I-130 for Brothers/Sisters Time frame

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me how long is it taking for the I-130 petition after approval? Has anyone been through same process?
Mine was approved in October 2011, Service centre California time frame is that they processed the last application in for June 2011. This table was updated in March 2015. Does anyone have experience in this line that much time it really takes?
