INA 320 of the CCA 2000 - Derivative Citizenship

I am not sure if any of you are dealing with the unfortunates of Act 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act which deals with automatically acquired citizenship for children born outside the USA to US a citizen parent, but below is a link to a petition seeking for retroactive reform to Act 320 and a description of what Act 320 is about.
