Spouse visa US citizen / non US citizen

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a spouse visa from application to granting spouse visa - US citizen married 5 years overseas to non-US citizen

It depends on many factors, from filing i130 till granting of visa or green card can take anything between 9 months to 1 yea plus.

You will need to file the CR1 and a visit to the visajourney website will be beneficial to you.

Thanks for that . I can see Calif. has c.5months whereas Vermont has 1 month.
