Visit Visa Help Please..

Hi There,

I am planning to apply for Visit visa from UK.

My Nationality is Pakistani and currently I hold Tier 1(General)

My Brother is a green card holder and lives in USA and I am planning to visit him to see his kids for 1 week maximum.

Can anyone please point me into the right direction that what steps do I need to take in order to apply USA Visit visa for 1 or 2 weeks maximum.

What supporting documents do I need to submit along with application and which application form do I need to submit ?
