I got appointment for ILR next month. Am under tier 2 at present. Wondering how many months bank statements and pay slips should I be providing with my application ?

3 month is sufficient, i gave for 3 months only as it covers the maintenance requirement period of 90 days (though there is no explicit requirement for maintenance funds)
