very confused

Thanks every one for helping me in the past..
I am on Tier 1 general and going to apply for ILR in May
I am very confused this time as i ask for my SA302 sicnce i have paid my tax in 2010 for being self emplyied and then as company director in 2013 tax and cor. but i can see that my accountant has send wrong figers in the 2014 instead of sending £1000 has send £11000 for which the tax is paid but not cor tax. Because they are not there in the company accounts no where, no credit transfered to my account. the accountant says it will take 6 weeks to 6 months to correct. If i try to correct it will be judged as deception maybe it also was not my extention year. everything for the rest of the years is uptodate.. please any good suggessions...
