Dear All,

I am applying for ILR on Tier 2 ICT route. I have continuous Tier 2 ICT visa since 2009. I booked my ILR premium appointment in Croydon on 13-Jan-2017.

Qualifying period:

FROM - TO - No of days out
13-Jan-16 12-Jan-17 9
13-Jan-15 12-Jan-16 10
13-Jan-14 12-Jan-15 96
13-Jan-13 12-Jan-14 149
13-Jan-12 12-Jan-13 21

1) I have continuous break of 245 days. I split 245 days break into 2 different years as above which has come lesser than 180 days in any consecutive 12 months period. Am I elgible for ILR as per new rule?

2) I managed to get the below employer reference letter, is it sufficient or any change required?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is to certify that Mr. xxx is an employee of YYY

We confirm that his gross annual salary is £44,333.

at: ZZZZ

This letter of reference is issued for XXX for submitting to Home Office UK. I can also confirm that all his absences out of U.K during this employment were paid annual leaves or for job related to UK projects with the authorisation from us.

3) any more expert tips please?

Thanks in advance for all experts.

HI,

Did you use any lawyer's service?

I am in similar situation with about 300 days of absence. Also, I did not get paid during that period. How about salary payments related to your absence period?

Thanks, Kishore

Lawyer is not required., Just you need to get a letter from employer if possible.

Have your payslips in home country and bank statements. You should submit it only they ask for it.
