Hi all, I am currently a tier 4 student in university, and I have stayed in UK for 12 years since 2008 Jan (also as a student). It is time for me to apply for ilr, however there is a slight problem. I have lost my passport proving my stay in UK from 2008 to 2014. I have currently asked home office to send me a letter regarding my entry records, and I have received letter from my previous bording school (2008 to 2014) to prove I have graduated the school without absence.
Currently these are the document which I hold:
1. Letter from my boarding school proving that I attended the school from 2008 to 2014
2. letter from my guardian that I stayed in the UK for a certain time period (half terms)
3. All the plane tickets from 2008 until now
4. Photocopy of my previous lost passport (2012 to 2015 when the passport was lost) and my lost visa as well
5. Bank statement from 2014 until now.
6. Letter from the Korean embassy which shows all the exit and entry records to Korea from 2007 to present
7. 5 year entry records from home office
8. 10-year records of landing cards from home office
9. CAS letter from my current university
10. My current passport and current BRP card

Do you guys think this documents are sufficient enough information to apply for ilr?

Thank you guys

They are more than enough. Do you have a police report for the loss of your passport ?

Thank you zimba for a quick reply, you just took 60% of my worries away. I do not believe I hold the police report as I have lost them over sea (venice) and Venecian police did not wish to write a letter, however I still have the temporary passport that I used to get back to UK from the venice.

I thought I had to have all the stamps for 10 years, therefore i also thought losing a passport is a big deal. Does home office keep all the records of my entry and exit? If so, what is the point of them requiring the passport?

Thanks again zimba, you could be my saviour

They may or may not have your records. That is why they require passports. You may request an SAR to see what they have on your file.

Thanks, Zimba again for the quick reply.

At the moment I have applied for SAR to the home office and am waiting for their response. However, to my knowledge, they only will give you up to 5 years of entry and exit records. However, what I require are entry records between 2008 and 2015 which is more than 5 years. if I am not successful in acquiring full 10-year entry and exit records through SAR, is there any advice that you can give me to prepare for certain documents or not?

you have mentioned that the documents I have at the moment are more than sufficient, but I think those documents do not really prove my stay in the UK between 2008 until 2015 (except detailed entry and exit records between "only korea and UK" from the Korean embassy). Thank you very much Zimba.
