I currently applying ILR for myself and family. I entered UK on Tier-2 (General) back in 2014 during which I used my IELTS result for English qualification which is now expired.

The following rule states that I can still use expired IELTS, can you please confirm if this is applicable for me as well.

Applying to settle in the UK
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if both of the following are true:

it’s on the current list of recognised tests
it was accepted for another UK immigration application, for example when you got permission to enter

Hi,
I have submitted application using an incorrect SOC (2135 instead of 2133) is there a way to modify this?

You can't change it once submitted.

Write a letter explaining the error and upload with your supporting documents.
