Ilr 10 year immigration breach

Hi everyone please help me applied ilr 10 year immigration history student
31 jan 2010 enter uk till june 2011
Extention on time granted till 27/10/2013
March 2013 applied spouse refused due to working 40-45 hours while on student visa they refused my visa but didn’t curtailed my student visa as i was working while doing assignments but they didn’t consider my wages as legal as i had visa till 27/10/2013 they didn’t give me appeal right done my judical review later got visa on the basis of british kid extented again on time now in January i applied ilr 10 basis will that ( working breach will effect my ilr ) and any idea how long they will take.

ILR will be refused unless 10 years has passed since you breached the rules.

This is not about experince but about the immigration rules. You fail the requirements under the rules and your ILR will be refused if there was a breach

I got 2 extension after that without any problem thats why i am asking and there never curtail my student visa immigration officer didn’t take my wage into account for spouse 18600 threshold.

Because the rules under ILR are different
