Hi Team,
Iam in UK (& will be in UK) as per the below dates:

1) From Sep 2014 to Sep 2015 - Tier 2 ICT short term visa (gap of 1 month)
1) From Oct 2015 to Oct 2020 - Tier 2 ICT long term visa
2) From Oct 2020 to Oct 2024 - Tier 4 dependent visa

Do i qualify for ILR under the 10 year long residence route? Appreciate your help. Cheers.

Regards,
Prav.

All visa count for long residence ilr, provided you meet all the standard requirements.

The date the qualifying period for ilr starts is the date you entered the UK in 2014 and not your visa issue date.

Thank you CR001.

Just to clarify, for visa stamping purposes during category changes i.e from tier 2 short term to tier 2 ict long term to tier 4 dependant, had to leave UK for the home country (India) and returned within 1 month.

The overall duration spent outside UK will not exceed 12 months in the total 10 years. And never overstayed my leave duration. Trust this should be fine, rite?
