Below is my Immigration History
Can you please advise me still eligible for ILR under 5 Years route?
Tier 2 general visa issued from 20-03-2015 with validity until 31-03-2018.
Landed UK on 28-03-2015 on tier 2 visa Made redundant in July, cancelled the sponsorship 'coz no new projects have been secured.
Employer 2 offered a job with sponsorship in December 2015 with validity until 01-12-2020
1st EMPLOYMENT START Date:09-12-2015 to present
I do have the employment gap in the beginning from 28-03-2015 to 09-12-2015(9 months)
Can you please advise am I eligible for ILR under 5 Years route due in March 2020?
As I heard There is no longer a 60 days employment gap rule. It was removed over a year ago.
Thanks

Tier 2 Migrants are no longer required to have been continuously employed throughout their leave. This was previously the case for applicants and they were previously only allowed a gap in employment of up to 60 days.

ILR Application submitted date & Appointment date

Hi All,
My First Tier2 Visa Issue date was 20-03-2015 and my Ilr Eligible date is issue Date - 28 days
Eligible ILR date will be 20/02/2020.
I do have a confusion in Application submitted date & Appointment date.
Can I submit my application and pay for my ilr fees before 20/02/2020 and Appointment date(in person) after 20/02/2020.
Or I have to fill & submit my application after 20/02/2020 (-28 days of 5th anniversary)?
Thanks

The date of application is the date you submit and pay online. Your appointment date is irrelevant as it is an appointment with a third party for biometrics and identity check and not an appointment with Home Office.

Thanks

Hi,
Could you please advise me on this, please
Tier 2 general visa issued from 20-03-2015 with validity until 31-03-2018.
Landed UK on 28-03-2015 on tier 2 visa Made redundant in July, cancelled the sponsorship 'coz no new projects have been secured.
I have received curtailment letter with the last date as 30th October 2015 But I have received COS on November 1st week and applied for Tier2 General visa approved on November 18 2015(same day service) So i' m overstayed for 19 days (30th oct -18Nov '15)
Tier2 (1st visa) 20-03-2015 to 30-10-2015
No visa for 19days 30-10-2015 to 18-11-2015
Tier2 (2nd visa) 18-11-2015 to 01-12-2020
1. This will break my continuous period in the UK ?
2. Another question regarding Absence outside Uk So far I have been out of the Uk totally 52 Days in 5 years
45 days in one visit will impact my ILR application?
23.09.2016 -30.09.2016 --7 days
31.01.2017 -16.03.2017 --45 days (Holiday+work from Home from india -with employer Approval)
Thanks
