Hi I need advise please. We are about to apply wife ILR shortly. She’s been on spouse visa for 5 years and I have been working same company for last 11 years and we meet financial requirements in previous applications. July 2019 I quit my job and have been working as self employed. Do we meet financial requirements for spouse visa her visa expiring end of this months and financial year end end of March.
Please advice
Thank you

No. You will not meet the requirement as you need to submit your latest self assessment and your previous earnings will not count

If your wife is working then can use her income otherwise 6 months old cash savings of at least £62500 will be the only quick fix.
