Dear members

Hoping someone will help me with a confusion I have. We dont meet the financial requirements for ILR, due in Aug 2020, does that mean we would need to put in an application for FLR again? And repeat the English test we did for FLR 2.5 years ago?

Thank you.

You need the same financial requirements for FLR m.

If you don't meet it, it is FLR fp 10 year route, which resets the clock to zero.

If you are put on the 10 year FLR FP route, no. You will need 120 months on that route.

You can't combine time on the 5 year FLR m route with the 10 year FLR FP route for ilr based on 5 years.

The combination would only be possible for ilr based on 10 years long residence.

Do neither of you earn the required amount with joint income for a minimum of 6 months??
