ILR for Dependent

Dear Senior Members of the Forum,

I got my Ilr June 2019 via tier 1 Entrepreneur. Now i have to apply ILR for my wife but i have some confusions in my mind so please assist me with followings.

She came to this country on 05/04/2015 visa was issued on 29/03/2015 as Tier 1 entrepreneur Dependent.
when she can she apply for Ilr...? 28 days before the date of arrival or date of visa granted. As she is completing her 5 years now.

which service we are eligible for Priority or Super Priority.

Also can she travel after the biometric for the current application as her current leave expires in June 2020.

Your help will be appreciated please.

No sooner than within 28 days of her initial visa ISSUE date.

No. If she travels out of the UK while her application is pending, her application will be considered withdrawn.

But when we do application online priority service option doesn't seems to be available. As it shows normal application or super priority service

Priority is usually for tier 2 general visa holders.

If you are only getting standard (8 weeks) and super priority, then that is all you have to choose from.

So it means as initial visa was issued 28/03/2015 we can apply Monday 02/03/2020 with super priority service.
