Hello, I am Gigi. I applied ecaa business visa and approved 26/01/2016. I came UK at 13/2/2016 and have my brp next day. What is my ilr eligibility date . It is the date of my visa start date or UK enter date. Thank you very much.

Thank you for sharing guidance but it says living 5 years UK as tier visas. I wrote some people come after couple weeks started visa date and asked the same questions. And some adviser says ilr due date is visa date some says UK entrance date. Just I am confused. Thanks

If you open the link, it clearly says under "Calculating the continuous period":

The continuous period is to be calculated to end on whichever of the following dates is most beneficial to the applicant:
• the date of application
• the date of decision
• any date up to 28 days after the date of application- this means that an
applicant may apply up to 28 days in advance of accruing their 5 year continuous period


In your case visa approval/decision date is 26/01/2016.

yes, for you visa approval/decision date is 26/01/2016.
So you can use this date for calculating your 5 year continuous period.
