I have joined a business as a director since 2016, created two full time jobs till today.

It is a yes or no question, If yes, I need supply the FPS for the workers before 2016.

I think the answer should be yes, but I have already supplied the full set FPS on extension application, my question is, Do I need supply the FPS for the workers before 2016 for ILR application?

Yes. You need to show you've increased the NET positions in the company by two. So if they for example they already had 4 positions, you need to show you increased it to 6 or more positions that were maintained for 12 months. Same for ILR
