Orignal Bank statements - do they need to be signed ?

Dear All
for my PSW application I had taken all my statements as they were.

They were monthly statements
Original with Logo etc.

I read in several posts they Need to be signed and stamped ?

please clarify ..

I aplogise for posting too many things on the website ..
but I do surely hope it helps others in the process..

NO they are not required to be singed or stamped...

This is true for both Earnings and Maintenance funds..

You can post all questions in your original thread. Only online bank statements needed to be signed and stamped. You should have studied Tier Tier Guidance and Guidance notes.

For any Original documents you dont need sign and stamp. But if you are using one account for earnings and funds then mention it in your cover letter.

Also I am going to apply soon..
My latest salary is much better than the one 12 months ago.
but i Will receive it soon.

11 months statement will be Original ...
the latest month can be a print out Stamped and Signed ?

ALSO I am a freelancer..
have been working for a company for 6 months.
1 month break
15 daysh work in UK fulltime freelance
1 month work in India/ paid in India - Consultant.
and 15 days work in UK fulltime freelance
and 3 months work IN UK fulltime

All proper earning with Tax documents execopot fot the 6 month full time ?
they claim to have posted my p60 but i havent recived it..

I have all Bank statements and Salary slips for the 6 months employment.

You can post small sticky papers/post it to highlight the salary entries in bank statement. You should try not to disturb the originals in such a way that they appear to be forged. It is also a good idea to include a table in the cover letter to make your application easy to access by the immigration officer. You can download format/template of cover letter from this link.
