ILR Elgibility

Hi,
I came to UK on Business VISA during Aug'2001 and Sept 2001 it's been converted to WP.
I was away from UK for 3 1/2 Months betwen (April 2002 - July - 2002) for Business Reason (During this period I had valid WP till Dec'2002).
My 4 Years finishes on Sept'2005.
Can I apply for PR in Aug '2005? Would my absence more than 3 months will affect my PR?

This question has been asked repeatedly hence likely to be the reason there is no response. Your 4 year period is from the date the WP visa/ stamp was affixed to your ppt - when was this? The 3.5 months absence needs to be declared and explained - attach an appropriate official letter from employer. Additionally take payslips to show ongoing payment of Income Tax and NI during siad absences.

My First WP VISA Stamped on 14th Sept '01.

For the 3.5 months of Absense, I can get the official letter from my employer for this absense.

Because my WP is of Intra compnay transfer category, there was no salary paid in UK for that 3.5 months break nad no NI Contribution during that period. Will this affect my ILR eligiblity?
