Hi Guys,

I have come across a lot of posts in this forum asking whether it is ok to enter UK after a gap from the date of Visa. As a lot of people are just waiting for the economy to get better.

I have come across Vijayl's experience in this regard from another discussion forum. I am pasting his exact text. So that it maybe of help for others in similar situation. Hope I am not breaking any posting rules.

"My Tier1 visa was granted in March 09 but traveled to UK in Jan 2010. The immigration office at Sri Lanka had lot of issues, because he did not know the rules of Tier 1 visa that “if we hold tier1 visa we can enter any time no restriction on this before visa expiresâ€
