ECO comments : you have claimed 10 points for Maintenance under Appendix C of the Immigration rules but documents you have provided do not demonstrate that you are in possession of £2800.The latest date of the bank statement you have submitted is 21/12/2009.Therefore you are to show that you held £2800 for theree months prior to this date,that is from 21/09/2009 untill 21/12/2009.The bank statement you have submitted from Barclays bank indicates that the level of fund in your account fell below the required level of £2800 to £159 on 24/09/2009.I note you have submitted an on-line bank statement for the period from 29/11/2009 to 29/12/2009.As it does not cover the three months required period ,it cannot be consideredâ€

Hi i have reviewed my case with Immigration Consultant,who also has a plan to appeal under Race Relation Act 1976 who strongly believe that it were deliberate mistakes made my ECO to refused the case.
Would you believe that Gerry's' don't accept application without having TB certificate attached with Supporting Documents and ECO have claimed that i did not submitted the TB certificate.

I spent 6years of my life in UK,finished my CIMA study,got married with the girl,having different nationality from mine in UK and have baby girl who is 2years now and paid in £££taxes to UK Govt.I and my family had to go different country at the end of last Dec 2009,as I planned to apply for Tier 1 from my home country and my wife and daughter can apply for dependant visas from her's country once i got mine from my country. From last 3.5 months i and my family desperately waited for the BHC decision and finally got the response last week with shocking refusals,I am about to loose my job in UK now cos of i am out of work from last 3.5months, paying flat rent,other bills since we had left the UK as we don't want have space to move our stuffs.

I know i do have option for Admin review which will takes ages and if they do accepts their mistakes ,stamping in Passport will take months and i would definitely go for the appeal under Race relation Act ! as they don't have right to play with peoples life when they charged hefty fees for the application
