Hi,

I am having 1.6Months of IT Experiance.I am about to apply for TIER1 visa.I am havng all the documents,except IT Returns docuements.Is it necessary documents for applying tier1 visa?Please let me know your fedback onn this.:)

Form 16 is not a tax document, but a certification from employer about your income (from the employer) in the said financial year and amount of income tax deducted at source from your income and deposited by the employer on your behalf.
