Dear Sosa7,
I received COA today with right to work, And now i am in a very long waiting queue same with everyone.
As I mentioned before that your case and I are same. You mast make sure that you send all required document and must be original not copy. Then you can send email to nweurocoarequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk with all your details, name, DOB, passport number, case reference and request new COA with right to work and refer to the Home office process and procedure which is in early post that you have Family Permit and must treat you as Direct Family which entitles to have COA WITH RIGHT TO WORK.
GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
Hi Kamoe! I received my COA (w) last Friday, dated 20/10/2015.kamoe wrote:End of August / September 2015 batch timeline (to date 26.10)

CoA, and Biometrics letter, arrives in a brown envelope, and you do NOT need to sign it.meiqinyan wrote:Hello, quick question please, does COA arrive in normal letter? or does it requires somebody to sign it..
I send my application on 29th Sep 2015, and wondering whether I should be home waiting for the COA letter.. (desperately need it to start new employment)

EEA EFM unmarried with Family Permit
10/10 App sent 13/10 Received
14/10 Fee taken
21/10 COA-NO-RIGHT TO WORK date 24/10 Received
21/10 Bio date 24/10 Received 25/10 Enrolled
Can others confirm this is always the case? I applied as an EFM unmarried partner. I got my biometrics letter weeks ago and didn't find anything resembling a COA. Have been waiting impatiently for something to show up.kamoe wrote:
If you applied as FM (married, civil partner, dependent children, etc.) then you only receive your biometric letter first, and you have to enrol your biometrics before they send you the CoA.
If you applied as EFM (unmarried partner and other extended family) then you receive both at the same time in the same envelope.
Have you received your Biometrics letter yet?

Edit to add that looking at others' timelines in their signatures this is not always the case.
