No reply from anyone.
Complaint launched with UKVCAS on 06/07/2022, who confirmed that the biometric submitted on 27/04/2022 via IDV App received and also the biometric submitted on 18/06/2022 is also received.
Asked by UKVCAS to submit the complaint with UKVI. Submitted complaint with UKVCAS and awaiting response from UKVI. Got automated reply that they will reply in next 20 Days.
