Post by m.sheikh » Tue Apr 29, 2014 12:33 am

Hi all.
My friend was on tier1 general and now he has received ILR, his wife is currently on tier1 dependant visa which is about to expire.
which form does he need to fill in for extending her visa, should it be FLRM or pbs dependant ?

Thanks

Assuming she isn't eligible for ILR, then PBS dependant, unless he was granted ILR under Long Residence.

Hi Vinny,

What if he was granted ILR under long residence (4 years student + 2 PSW + 4 Tier1) ?

Thanks

In such case s(he) would need to switch to FLR(M), which has an A1 English and Financial Requirement.
