Dear Board,
We are a Tier 2-ICT licensed Sponsor in the UK. Our company is the fully owned subsidiary of a Turkish based parent company. The parent company has another branch in Azerbaijan from where we wish to transfer an employee to our UK based office. When we applied for our Sponsor License we had mentioned the Parent Company and its other branches to the Home Office. However the parent company has limited share (30%) into its Azerbaijan branch.
The Questions are:
1. Whether we can transfer the employee under T2-ICT keeping the above scenario in mind?
2. If we can, should we require to show the relationship between parent company and its branch in Azerbaijan?
3. Does the parent company letter showing the relationship to the Azerbaijan company and our UK branch would be sufficient to support the ICT transfer would be enough?
