Co-habiting documents for dependent's ILR

Hi All
Can you please advice what all documents are required for my wife to show she is living with me from last 2 years in UK. We don't have any utility bills in joint name. We have got council tax bill in joint name but it shows her married surname on bill where as passport carries her maiden surname. She is having single bank account & it shows her same surname as on passport (maiden surname).

Will it be any problem.
