Hi, Please find the details below on my application:

Recd by HO 11/July/2007
Ref no. recd 13/July/2007
Approval Date 31/July/2007
Papers Recd 06/Aug/2007

List of docs submitted:

1. Educational Background - 35 points claimed

a)Original Masters Degree Certificate
b)Original Bachelors Degree Certificate

2. Past Earnings - 40 points claimed

a)12 months original salary slips
b)Bank Statements
c)Form 16
d)Income Tax Acknowledgement (ITR 2)
e)Letter from the employer giving details of the salary

3. Age Assessment - 20 points claimed

a)Original Birth Certificate
b)Notarised copy of Passport

4. English Language Requirement:

a)Original Bachelors Degree Certificate. (Bachelor of Commerce)
b)Original letter from University stating that my Bachelor of Commerce degree was taught in English

One small query.. The letter for English that you got from university.. can we not get the same letter from college head or Director?

You need to see if the below 2 conditions are fulfilled w.r.to the Eng. lan. requirement:

13. You must provide BOTH of the following:

• The original degree certificate. The original degree certificate should clearly show the date of the award, the title of the award, the name of the awarding institution; and your name. If you have provided this as part of the educational experience section please indicate this on the application form and we will use the same evidence for this section; AND

• An original letter from the awarding body on the official letter headed paper. The letter should confirm your name, the qualification obtained, the date of the award and whether or not the course was taught in English.
