Started to apply online for a spouse (husband) visa
I have put category Settlement and sub type marriage, is this correct??

If its wrong how do I change it?

There's no husband,wife,fiancee in the drop down, you need to choose other relative or marriage, you can then state what you're applying for in space for additional info.

I think the question is from the beginning of the form, not at the sponsor's relation section.

Tbh,choosing husband,wife or marriage wouldn't make much difference,the form has got confusing details,just put what you're applying for in the additional info,simples!
There's another part you can't get all these in the drop down.
What type of visa?I understand it to be visa based on marriage NOT husband or wife,but it wouldn't make much difference I think.

It makes difference. Applying under wrong category effects visa application. The Marriage option is for getting married in UK.
