ILR Eligibility

Hi Gurus and Seniors,

I am on Tier 1 Visa, got visa on 18/02/2009, I entered UK on 27 Jan 2010, as my ILR due on 27/01/2015, is it possible for me to apply before 28 days? or could you please confirm my date of eligibility.

Since you have entered after more than 90 Days of EC date

So you can apply not more than 28 days before 27/01/2015


From Tuesday, 27 January 2015
Subtracted 28 days
Result: Tuesday, 30 December 2014 ====> apply after this date
