Company sponsor license suspended--- need urgent help please

Dear friends,

Our company moved to a new address 3 months ago but they didn't inform UKBA about this.. Last week they visited our old office address and suspended our sponsorship based on that and the case is with the solicitor now

I am travelling to my home country next week for a month holiday

Is it safe to travel?

No is simple answer. You will almost certainly be interviewed on your return. If the licence gets revoked on your holiday period you will not be allowed to enter.
If the suspension is still in place on your return you will be allowed to enter once you get interviewed.
They can give you a hard time and delay entry by a couple of hours. If your travelling with young family I personally would not recommend it.
