SET O Absences Proofs - Tier1 G

Hi,

I am on Tier1-G 5 year route.

In total I have 169 days out of UK in which I am 80 days out of UK with my current company. I have contacted my company and they say they can give a letter stating below but not with exact dates out and In of UK. Can someone help me please ?

and what Tick Boxes I need to select in section 6.3

" While we are not able to confirm specific dates of vacation for Nikitha Jain, we can confirm that she remained on the UK payroll and is paid in the UK during the period of her employment. To the best of our knowledge, any time spent outside of the UK during the period would have been vacation or business trips. "

Which Tick marks please

6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?

Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of
paid annual leave from the UK?
Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate reasons

Original official documents: (medical/birth/death certificate(s))

Letter from travel companies to evidence disruption of Travel.

and for rest of the 89 days can I provide a personal letter ?

Can you please sort this out first as to me it seems like they haven't say anything about your abscence . If you a perm employee you get vacation in the year , this can be mentioned in company letter while narrating : Holidays /Paid from this date to this date as per his/her contract . No confused wording ... make easy for CW and You

But unfortunately my Employer is saying that they Support only Tier2 people whom they sponsored not Tie1 G.

any other options ? please help.

Would you be able to access your timesheets?
In most of the cases the letter is not mandatory, but it is good to have.

It is mandatory if you have travelled overseas on work related and stayed for longer period. If your total number of days outside UK is within the permitted days, then it shouldn't me a much worry.

I suggest you also keep your payslips during your absence and can show them in case if they ask you.

At the end it depends on the case worker.

Yes I have acess for the 80 days which I was with the company .

For rest 89 days with no proof except the Air tickets.
