EC:Docs Needed for dependents

Could any one please tell me what are the docs needed for HSMP- Dependents. I need to apply EC for my Kid and Spouse.

Yes you do need to apply for each indivisual seperately along with seperate fees.
Check your country BHC web site for further details.
