employment background last ten years

i am filling the form AN and found that history of employment last ten years. what if i forget the dates .
my back ground is ilr on ten years bases. last year February 2015 got ilr and thinking to apply feb 2016

do every one need referees

how important is the employment history if some one working during full time student time in past. will it effect on naturalisation application.

1) You should refer to old P60's or other employment related documents to find your employment details - including dates. If you do not have the P60's available you can request your employment history from HMRC.
2) Yes, everyone must include 2 referees who meet the requirements stated in the AN form.

If you met the terms of your student visa, only working the permitted number of hours, then you should be fine.

if i have pnc plenty fine 30£. does it make any difference last 6 years. which is in last 12 months.
