I can understand what you explained.
But my friend and I had one thing common which is that we both applied for ilr in Jan 2014 when transitional arrangements were in place. It was home office responsibility to let me know that transitional arrangements were going to be removed in 6 apr 2014 because home office was processing my ilr visa and my wife's then current visa was not expiring soon. What do you think that does it make sense? (at the time of applying for ilr on long residence basis ie jan 2014, transitional arrangements were in place).

Yes, they were in place but it is not HO's responsibility to inform every migrant that the rules were changing. It is the migrants responsibility to check on the rules that are current at that time.

If you DID NOT submit an FLR(M) application BEFORE 6th April 2014, you have no recourse to the provisions. Trying to find a way to make it 'work for you' is not going to happen and the facts remain that your spouse is on a 5 year route to ILR on FLR(M) (or 10 years long residence if that is reached sooner).

Hello.

18600 threshold has been challenged in the supreme court. Can anyone please advise me that how likely or unlikely is it to bring down or remove the threshold of 18600 and when is the decision going to be expected?
I need to extend my wife's visa on flr m form in nov this year and need to show 18600 income threshold again. But my income is just about 15000.

Please advise me.

Extremely unlikely and in any event a change in the Immigration Rules regarding the income level would be a long way off. Don't hold you breath!

Hi.
I need to extend flr m spouse visa of my wife in nov 2016.
I temporarily worked in a company for two months (apr and may) on zero hour contract and I earned about 1300 pounds from this job. My this job has been finished and they have issued p45 to me.
Can I include this 1300 pounds earning in order to meet the 18600 threshold? I am showing earnings between dec 2015 and nov 2016.
