evidence and assess. We focus on the number of permitted occupants based on the number

There are a few discrepancies in the source you've posted and some of the information is out-of-date. For example the official UKVI guidance says:
Accommodation can be shared with others. ‘Occupy exclusively’ is defined in paragraph 6 of
the Immigration Rules and means that at least part of the accommodation must be for the
exclusive use of the family.

As I have been working only a few years, my earnings are still Tax free. I pay Tax with my employers however I receive a Tax rebate every year.

Would this conflict with meeting the adequate maintenance threshold?

Should i deduct the tax even though I receive Tax rebates?

With apologies, my error. The income support rate is £114.85 weekly for a couple and it appears no increase in April .

Hi Casa, apologies in advance as you seem to be inundated with queries of this nature.. we're so worried about our face to face appointment for my wife's flrm extension.

I'm on carers allowance 62.10, we have no children, we have cash savings of roughly £10,600 which equates to £81.53 over 130 weeks.

A) 62.10 + 81.53 = 143.63 (proof in form of letters & bank statements)

B) 0 housing costs (proof in form of letters etc)

C) 2016 rates for a couple £114.85

As our total of 143.63 is more than the rates for a couple on income support are we fine in regards to adequate maintenance? Are there any other bits that they add on to the 114? We don't have any children


Any help / advice would be totally appreciated
